Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (unless otherwise stated).

If there is a delay (e.g., stock, sale period), we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Carrier & Coverage

We ship all domestic orders using Leopards Courier Services.

Coverage is across Pakistan using Leopards’ network.

Once your parcel is handed to Leopards, their standard delivery procedures apply. Leopards Courier Services+1

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery: typically 3–7 business days for most cities (depending on location).

Note: Leopards may attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the recipient is unavailable, the parcel may be returned to the sender. Leopards Courier Services

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on location and are shown at checkout.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions (as per store terms).

5. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your parcel on the Leopards website using the tracking number. Leopards Courier Services

6. Delivery Problems & Returns

If your parcel is lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us at Aymirpassion@gmail.com with your order number and tracking ID.

Since we use Leopards, the claims process and liability follow their policy. For example:

• • Insurance is optional; non‑insured shipments may only be covered up to a low amount (e.g., Rs. 100/kg) in case of loss/damage. Leopards Courier Services+1

  • If delivery is attempted and fails due to wrong address or recipient unavailable, parcel will be returned and any further shipping cost may be charged to the customer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for how we handle product returns. Note: shipping cost may not be refundable.

If you are returning a product, you may use Leopard or another courier; the responsibility of safe return lies with you unless agreed otherwise.

8. International Shipping

Currently, shipping is available within Pakistan only via Leopards.

International shipping is not available at this time (or will incur different terms/rates) — please check with us if you need an international delivery.

9. Important Notes

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct (including apartment, sector, etc.). Incorrect addresses are the most common cause of delivery delays or returns.

As per Leopards terms: “Leopards is not responsible for the quality of delivered material” since they only deliver the parcel. Leopards Courier Services
