At Aymirpassion, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

10-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.

Perfume Usage Policy

Due to hygiene and quality control standards, perfumes are eligible for return only under the following conditions:

The perfume may be tested only (maximum 1% usage)

The bottle must be in original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Perfumes that are used beyond light testing, damaged, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perfumes that show visible signs of use beyond testing

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Items returned without original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
